Hello @IndelibleEntity, welcome aboard to our community. Note this is the way it works when you are categorizing exercises. The information to enter it will change depending on the nature of the exercise. To give you an example if you change a workout to Run, it wont remove the calories but will add distance and this happen depending of the activity you are categorizing. Unfortunately there is not an option to change this, however your calories still be counted for your daily totals.
See ya around and thank you for your participation in our community.

Best Answer@RobertoME Thank you for the reply.
Is there a way to create my custom activities to exist under a desired subcategory?
Currently they are defaulting to a category which displays PACE (like the Run category).
Would I be able to make my custom activites operate as subs to the Workout category? (which displays the CALORIES).
