My Inspire HR will not pair/sync with my Pixel3 phone. Once a month maybe it will. I have switched Bluetooth on and off, same with Wi-Fi. Still won't sync. It says device not found. Help

This is what worked for me:
1. Go to the phone settings and tap on Apps and Notifications tile
2. Find the Fitbit app and tap that.
3. Tap on Storage
4. Tap Clear Cache
Back out and try syncing again. If that still fails then
1. Uninstall App
2. Go back to the store and re-install the app
Try again.
