Pairing S9+ with Versa 2 will not work.

I own a samsung s9+ and I have a brand new Versa 2  and unboxed it to set it up but it will not work. I get to the point where it gives me the 4 digits to enter, when I continue it leads me to the trouble shooting page saying what to do if it does not work.

I have tried all the troubleshooting help offered on here from reinstalling the app, turning on and off my bluetooth, restarting both the device and my phone. Nothing has worked. Please help.

I have S9+ also, did everything written in all forums, reinstalled, restarted, updated, switch off optimization and still can`t pair them ;( 
I don`t have other choice than to return it.
