Pairing issue with Charge HR

Whenever I try to pair my charge HR, it reaches a screen where I have to enter a number displayed on my watch. As soon as I do it, it shows the loading sign and keeps loading for a very long time. Ultimately, it shows that there was some problem and that I need to try again.

Please help with the issue
