Hi, @krwartley, you might be able to solve this by following the procedure for setting up your Fitbit as a replacement device (even though it is the same tracker). Hopefully that will get it going again.

I have had the same issue and opnce calling support was sent another flex.
I tried to sync the new one and the same message occurred on my samsung phone.
I put the dongle in my laptop and the new one was synced.
it still will not sync on my samsung phone or ipad.
when the dongle was installed a new software update was put on my flex but it didnt change the results.
