Hi, @Dbivan10, the pairing must be done via the Fitbit app and NOT directly via your phone's Bluetooth settings.

You will need to download the app and either create an account or log in to your usual Fitbit account and then follow the instructions to set up a new device.  All the pairing will be done this way.

If this information does not help you, please post again giving specifics of where you are encountering difficulties.

Hi, @Dbivan10, I am still a little unclear.  Did you get a message on your Fitbit app that your Fitbit needed to be updated and the update is failing?

Hi, @Dbivan10, if you have a Fitbit account you need to log in using your email address and password.

If you do not have a Fitbit account you need to join Fitbit using an email and password.
