I have a charge 5 and use app for android.
With the most recent prior version of the app, all parameters being tracked in real time would increment predictably until 11:59:59 PM, reset to zero at Midnight, and increment predictably from zero until activity stopped.
After app update, I customized my home screen to show steps (top center), hr/bpm, calories, and miles.
With the new app, all parameters freeze at 11:59:59pm. Manually re-syncing the device will reset and resume step counting, but not real time tracking of heart rate, calories, or mi, at least one of these is "greyed out". To reset and restart those, I have to use the back arrow, return to the previous day, then forward back to the current day, then re-sync again. This has happened all three nights since the update.
I assume this is a bug, not a feature. Clearly, there are a great many more urgent problems with this app, but as long as you are fixing bugs, might as well add this to the list.
