Hi, I have just got a charge 2 and am new to proper exercise, I jogged on a treadmill yesterday for 45 mins at 5mph and felt fine but my heart rate was in peak for the whole time, not sure if this is dangerous?

No, it is not dangerous, @SamInHudds, unless you experienced shortness of breath - then you need to slow down for a while.  As you continue exercise, and your fitness level improves, you'll find that your heart rate will start to drop and it will be harder to get it up into the peak zone.
