Personal best

I have beaten my personal best for the weekly challenge many times but when I look it has not updated. What is the problem and when will it be fixed. I haverage screen shots.

Welcome to the Community @Josephcatalano. If your personal best is not updating, I recommend logging out and logging back in to your account. After this, please check your information.

I have tried all of that. Including deleting the app itself and reinstalling it.

Thanks for the information @Josephcatalano. At this time, I recommend contacting our Support Team since they have the proper tools to see the information that your tracker has been registering. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
