I have the LG G5 phone. It does not show up on the devices that are compatable. There are only the earlier modles of the LG phones available. I was wondering if it will be updated eventually so that newer LG phones will become compatable.

Hello @Lyndi, good to have you here in our Fitbit Community. Many devices nowadays are built with the same core specifications that make the Fitbit App compatible, even when the device is not listed as compatible device. The difference, with this devices is not all the features of the tracker and the Fitbit app are supported. To give you an example it may sync your steps, but the call notifications might not work as it should.
Out teams in charge are constanlty testing devices to make more wide the option of mobile devices that support the Fitbit app. However I dont have availale this information. Fitbit is the first fitness device to offer Bluetooth Smart syncing with your Android device. Wireless sync has been a frequently requested feature from our Android users, so we've been eager to get support out as quickly as possible.
