Hi I,m struggle to pair my charge 2 with my new android phone. I have uninstalled the app. restart my Charge 2. But nothing

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Can I also confirm that you are trying it pair it via the fitbit app rather than via the phone's bluetooth settings.
