HI need help! my fitbit charge hr has stopped syncing with my Sony Xperia XZ Usually a struggle but has now stopped syncing altogether:-(

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work
