Hi @Gfreud - the issue is may be you have Sleep or Do not Disturb enabled. TO check swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure they are off.
You can't pair Versa 3 manually in the Bluetooth of the phone, it is done by th Fitbit App.
