My HR Charge stopped notifing me when my phone rings. How do I fix this?

A warm welcome to the Community @Goldilocs. If you are having problems receiving notifications, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post.

I have not had any problem with Fitbit but now my phone has stopped ringing notification comes up.  Can see who's calling but it's like ringer is off.  But it is not
