Phone not syncing to chargeHR

Reset my HR several times, and reinstalled app...still not syncing..and now app doesn't show step count at all! Messed up....

Thanks for sharing everything that you have already tried. 

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try to run the setup process as if you phone as a brand new device. That should  help so that the connections is reestablished.
