Phone's battery drain

Any thoughts on what's causing such high battery drain for an app that is doing nothing.

In app usage was 1 minute. Background usage was 0. Bluetooth drain is very low. What is Fitbit doing?!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Charge 3? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.

So the best advice is to 'turn it off and back on' - except way more steps.

Just shows how buggy the software must be and how little in the way of metrics there are to trace problems
