Hi, I have searched and tried all tips found.

I still can not load a profile pic not a saved one or a camera taken one.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Checked all permissions are on.

I'm using a oppo Reno 2 android phone.

Had about 4 other people try so far, all who have charge 4s with sucessfully uploaded pics. 

And ideas much appreciated 🙂

I'm confused, where are you trying to upload this photo. 

Is this on the Fitbit app community? A background photo for your account? 

You mention a Charge 4 but there isn't an option to upload a photo to your Charge 4. Or for your icon above.

My fitbit account on my phone. For the profile pic and the background photo neither will upload but both say they are going to when a photo is selected and cropped.
