@Elaineearhart To clarify, you can't actually answer your phone calls with the Charge HR, but will see who is calling you and also feel a vibration on your wrist, as @Odyssey13 said, via our call notification feature.
In order to set up call notifications, I'd follow the link that @Odyssey13 mentioned above, and follow the step-by-step instructions there. That should help to get you up and running.
