my sister just purchased the fitbit charge HR for me as a gift and i keep receiving the pink exclamation point. its frustrating and it wont tell me why i keep receibving this sign. i have an LG android by verizon. please, please advise.

I've moved your post from the iOS forum to the Android forum to help keep the Community organized. Out of curiosity, does rebooting your LG device help?
If not, how about logging out of the Fitbit App and then back in?
Lastly, can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
