Pixals in screen missing making it unreadable

The screen display has blank horizontal lines through it

In the hope that this is a software issue, try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work. If that doesn't fix it then it's likely to be a hardware issue and in this case you should contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com who will be able to look into your warranty cover and your options.

Didnt work now screen is totally blank
