I updated my fitbit app on my phone a couple of weeks ago and now it won't sync. I tried everything that the community board suggested. Uninstalled app, reinstalled, deleted tracker, reinstalled tracker, reset tracker. After all of that it has synced once. It is veru frustrating. I never had any problem before the update. I just want it to be able to sync when I want it to. I wish I didn't have to.do the updates.

same problem after update (oreo). The only way for me to sync is to uninstall the app and reinstall. That makes it work once, then I gotta do it all over again.
