I got a brand new Sense 2 last night and for the life of me can't get it to connect to mine or my husband's phones. Both are pixel 6 pro's. Running android 13. I checked there are no updates for my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I've force stopped it and cleared both the cache for the app and the storage. I've turned Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and back on. I've turned Bluetooth off, closed the app, restarted my phone and then tried again. Still nothing. I can get it to where you put in the code off your watch screen. And then it gets stuck saying "connecting" and never does.
Did I get a dud? Chatted with support. They upgraded it to "higher support" see if i ever hear back. At this point I might return it and go to a Garmin. The sense 2 was to replace our second Fitbit that has crapped out in less than two years.
Any ideas appreciated!

It seems that there's an issue with android 13
After I updated my phone my charge 5 refused to sync anymore
I tried everything restarting resetting force stop clearing data and cache
I even resetted my phone nothing seems to work
I contacted customer service and they sent me a new charge 5 , now I have two fitbit that don't work 😑
I think they need to update their app and update it soon

I agree! I get issues happen. But these aren't cheap little watches. Jump on that issue!
