I have a pixel 6 pro and a versa. It syncs my steps and sleep but not my messages or phone calls. I've shut down the versa but that didn't help it. What can I do?

Hello @Rachelbg 

I have a Charge 4 paired with a Pixel 6 and I have no problem. Just to clarify: were you using your Fitbit with a different phone before?

My previous phone was a Pixel 3. It worked fine with that phone.
