I bought a pixel watch 3 a week back.
If I start moving/walking suddenly after sitting or not moving for just 15/20 mins or for prolonged periods of time during work; it stops counting steps for sometime (for around 10/15 mins).
If I rigorously move or restart the watch it starts counting again.
If I then again sit and don't move for sometime and then start moving it doesn't start counting steps immediately as mentioned above.
I contacted Google support and then they redirected me to fitbit support and the response I got was to reset and check. I dont understand what kind of solution is this for a one week old brand new pixel watch 3.
I had a fitbit charge 5 previously and never had these issues.
This is such a basic feature which even cheaper trackers/bands do properly without issues. Even after charging such a premium price for the Pixel Watch 3 and even after so many people have raised this issue https://support.google.com/googlepixelwatch/thread/285203168?hl=en&msgid=309787712 why is this issue not acknowledged and fixed by Google/Fitbit still?
Feeling cheated a lot.
