Yes - I can confirm issues still exist with 3.69 not recording exercises (particualrly bike rides)

Thanks for sharing this information with us, @pixelWatchJT. Sorry to hear that you're having this issues with your exercises. 

I'd like to have more details of what you're experiencing with your watch during your bike activities.  When tracking your exercises, are you using "Bike" from the Exercise app directly from your Pixel Watch? Or you're just normally wearing your watch to let SmartTrack automatically detects your bikes. Those details are really important.

I'll be waiting for your response and feel free to add any image or screenshot if need it.
