On my watch I see my activity like my steps, but when I open Fitbit app it doesn't show any actual data and also show that my watch is 0% when it's not, tried switching versions of fitbit app, doesn't help

Best AnswerI have found the way, I changed time zone in fitbit settings and it worked
Yeah, I signed both phone and watch fitbit app with same google account, I says it synced 1 hour ago, this is when I added this watch to fitbit app, I know it because tried removing and adding it several times, also tried factory resetting watch, connecting again

Open the Fitbit app on your phone, on the Today screen press and hold the screen and drag down, then release. This will force a sync. Did the sync give any error messages?

Best AnswerYes, restarting phone, turning Bluetooth off also tried, I've also had communication with support, they said it's common problem, but maybe someone finded the way to solve this
Best AnswerHello @Nangu
When my Pixel Watch 3 has problems syncing with the app, I found that turning off both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then turning them back on worked to get them to sync.

What has consistently resolved this issue between my Charge 6 and Fitbit app is a simultaneous restart of the watch and my phone.
Edit: Sorry, was doing some copy/paste from another Topic I posted in and left "my app" instead of "my phone".

Just tried it, doesn't help

No, that's the only fitbit related device I have, just got it from brother like a gift

Like I said I have pixel watch 2 and if it helps s24 ultra, may I ask how many times you restarted watch and app and how exactly you restarted app, just closing it, unloging or something else?
Best Answer@Nangu Sorry I was copying/pasting from one of my other Topics and left "my app" instead of editing to "my phone' in my post. It is a simultaneous restart of my Charge 6 and my phone which appears to always resolve this no sync for me.
I think you have tried most of these but other steps are:
1. Clear Fitbit app cache, restart, validate.
2. Clear Fitbit app data, restart, validate.
3. Uninstall/reinstall Fitbit app, restart in between, validate.
Best Answer@Nangu I am not familiar with your Pixel Watch 2, however assuming it is compatible with the Fitbit application you have attempted all the common fixes.
The current versions of the Fitbit app alert you if bluetooth permissions are off (more likely lost during an app uninstall/reinstall) and also if they do not have access over Wi-Fi or cellular data when trying to sync.
You may need to review your Health Connect Settings and Permissions as Pixel is a Google product, not a Fitbit product, and possibly syncs data differently than Fitbit. Although, someone with more Pixel experience than me would be needed to offer suggestions on configuring Health Connect settings in your scenario.
Edit: Adding that at some point, hardware failures also become a possibility. However without working with Support, I don't know how to definitively diagnose/prove that hardware has failed.
