Got my watch a couple of months ago, and despite the proper amount of sleep, I have never gotten a reading. Is there something I need to turn on in settings to make it work? The only metric I get is resting heart rate, nothing else.

Hello @MikeFeek! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Google Pixel Watch 4 is not tracking your SpO2.
To receive the SpO2 readings please keep in mind the following:

I'm a little restless when sleeping. Working on getting something I can sleep on comfortably, major back issues. I reset my watch. I do manage to be somewhat still a few hours. Weird that I've never gotten a reading at all.

You are not alone. I've had mine over a month... only gotten one SpO2 reading. I get sleep stages maybe 1/4 of the time. I get sleep duration maybe 1/2-3/4 of the time. I have tried all the possible fixes I have come across including the ones sent in response to your post. I'm sure the watch is more accurate than its predecessors when it works, but what does that matter if it barely ever works?

Hello @DoctorLawyerDan
The team is aware of the issue with SpO2 and is working on a fix. However, we don't know when the fix will be available.

It's got to be a software related issue between WearOS 6 and the sensor hardware. After I reset, I noticed that the body temp variation reading consistently says wear to sleep two more times. It's almost like a "pre-built" sleep time has been left in from development. I wear it constantly, except for an hour or two every other day to charge. Doesn't matter how long I sleep, when I sleep, if I move or not. It makes zero sense. Most of the data I bought it for doesn't work, no matter what I do. I don't quite understand the only during sleep and no option for instance spo2 reading. I exercise a lot, I want to monitor my saturation while I'm in the middle of a 5 mile loop in my wheelchair. I don't particularly care what it is when I'm asleep. I haven't found another watch that doesn't offer that. I bought a Garmin Instinct 2 used just for this. Constant monitoring, not just over a random 3 hour period of motionless sleep that happens maybe once a week, if that. I'd homes return or sell it at this point
