When I try to connect it to fitbit. It just constantly saying "Can't connect to your Fitbit account. Try logging in again" And Fitbit app in watch is updated. I tried multiple times. Uninstalling Fitbit in phone. And reset the watch to connect it again but it wouldn't work.

I hope I'm understanding your post correctly. It sounds like you're trying to set up your Pixel Watch in the Fitbit app on your phone, is that right? And you're using your Google account to log into the Fitbit app, right?
When you said that you reset the watch, did you do a factory data reset? If so, did you use a backup during the setup? If that's the case, please consider doing another factory data reset without using a backup. Sometimes, the issue/bug is in the backup files so the reset won't fix the problem, speaking from experience.
