Poor Syncing

Versa lite will not sync with app. I have done all the troubleshooting. Seems pretty ridiculous and very disappointing. Can't understand why something so simple can't be addressed. Really considering a different product and brand altogether

Frequently, my fitbit (on my wrist) shows I have gotten my 250 steps during a certain # of hours. Today it shows 9 of 10 hours, however, when I get into the app, it shows I moved only 8 of 10 hours. Why?

@ncpat1 that is an issue that seems to plague some users and is not related to a sync issue.

@KateR24 have you checked the android and sync tips? Especially the force stop and clear cache?

Hey thanks for checking. Yes, I tried all the tips. Even did a
factory reset and nothing.
