Pounds not tracking for weight loss - Android

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I can't log my weight correctly.

It wont register double figure pounds. For example: it will log 8.9 but as soon as you try log 8.10 it registers as 8.1 which is very annoying when you're trying to log your weight loss journey.

Hi, @Elleyouseewhy , I am not having this issue.  Have you got your weight setting to stones rather than pounds?  To check this go to your account screen (on the front screen click on the small person photo or icon top left). On the account screen scroll almost to the bottom to find “Advanced settings”  On the advanced settings screen find “units” and under units click on “weight” and make sure it is set to stones.

Hi Julia,

Thanks for your help but yes it's set to stones 🥺. I read someone else pointed this out in January after I'd posted this and Fitbit said it was a bug but they've obviously not fixed it.

Hi, this has been fixed.  You may need to update your app.  As I mentioned, I have just tested this on my Android and it logs without issue.

Using version 3.30 .. the very latest .. if you enter 12st 12lb on the weight page then on the home screen it will show 12 st 11.9lbs ... whatever you try it knocks off 0.1lbs and has done so for the last 4 or 5 updates .. so fitbit obviously don't care about the error, more interested in sending "upselling" ads than making software work correctly......
