Premium Cancellation - Consistent Issues

So, I purchased my Fitbit Charge 5 in January, and to be honest, it's be quite helpful in keeping me motivated in my nutrition/physical fitness journey. In fact, I purchased one for my little sister who needs to lose weight to be eligible for the transplants she needs.

That said, I will not be purchasing the Premium plan, the free trial of which was scheduled to end July 24th, and the paid version to be charged at that time.

Issues which have occurred -

1)Sister's Fitbit stopped syncing completely - 1 month after purchase. Fitbit replaced it but that experience doesn't build confidence.

2)My Fitbit stopped syncing in May - I managed to hard reset it, losing only a day's worth of information. Still, an annoyance.

3)Constant issues with Food Log/Custom foods failing to populate for the day, or initially populated and (from my investigation), failing to sync on the back end and thus losing the calorie count.

4)Constant issues with sleep tracking - a 3rd party app seems to have no issues. *Premium Feature

5)Number 4 resulting in non-existent Readiness scores. *Premium Feature

Good product, but frankly, the software leaves a lot to be desired in reliability. Simply can't stomach paying anything further beyond the initial purchase price for software functionality that constantly requires troubleshooting and/or reinstalling, and occasional physical hardware issues.

I'll stay posted on these forums for if and when the majority of the bugs are finally rectified so I can support continued development.

Final Reference:

Fitbit Charge 5 purchased from Target

Fitbit App running on Android Samsung Galaxy S22+

Good luck!

Are you asking about cancelling premium @Mtubbs86

If so, please cancel before your free triak ends. The trial will continue for the 6 month duration.
