I paid a fair amount of money for my FitBit Charge2.
Nevertheless, FitBit has decided to make me pay even more for additional services like "Sleep Score Details". Why the price of those services isn't included in the device price is beyond me, but whatever.
What really bothers me is that these services are being pushed to me by claiming almost a third of my phone's screen. I can imagine that FitBit want to show me a pop-up every now and then to remind me of their paid services. But, why do they think they need to pester me with this reminder *every* *single* *time* I want to use the app.
Is there no way to switch this off?

At this moment it's not possible to switch this off, however, you can dismiss the offer if you're interested.

Thanks for your reply and the screenshot that was shared in your post @mausy5043.
As it turns out, the Fitbit Premium add in the Sleep section of the Fitbit app cannot be dismissed at this moment. My best advice for you at this moment will be to keep your Fitbit app up to date to be able to remove it if you're not interested in the awesome features our Fitbit Premium has.

Hello, how do I cancel the premium service after the free period? I do not readily see an option to do this.

If you purchased your Fitbit Premium subscription through the Fitbit app, cancel your subscription through your phone’s app store. For instructions, visit the Apple support page or Google Play support page. However, if you purchased a 1-year Fitbit Premium subscription through fitbit.com, your subscription doesn’t automatically renew at the end of the year. For information on refunds, see our Return Policy and Warranty or contact Customer Support.

Hi @mausy5043, have you tried doing a long press on that box? Like getting rid of the info boxes that show up when you first load the app or reload it.
