I have not gotten any premium features since the middle of December. I have restarted, reloaded and replaced and nothing changes. I replaced my charge 5 with a charge 6 and reluctantly switched to Google sign in hoping that would work but nothing. It has to be Fitbit itself and they give us no explanation or updates, no notification and we are paying for services that we are not getting. When I tried to cancel my premium account it won't be canceled until the next expiration date in August with no refund option. Time to find alternative fitness tracker.

Hi, @BigTz! I just checked my app and see all the Premium features. I would double check with Fitbit Support directly to see what's going on, since it's not a product wide outage.
