Previous apps not compatible with new Versa 2

I bought a new versa 2 the other one I had was damaged at work.   I did everything you are suppose to do but did not receive the 2 clock faces I actually purchased and yes i tried the restore your purchase app.  Then I tried to put the spo2 signature clock back on and the app says it doesn't support it. Actually a lot say they don't support it.  I don't understand that since I could choose all of them before.

Hello @Paul1966 and welcome to the Help forum.  The usual reason for your issue is that your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured and doesn't have the current firmware.  You need the current firmware to download your choices.  Fitbit is constantly sending out firmware updates.  You got your place in line when you activated your new Versa 2.  You should get the update you need in 24-48 hours.

Nice to see you here, @Paul1966. Thanks for the details provided about your apps.

As @LZeeW mentioned above, when you setup a new device, some apps and clock faces are not available until you update your Versa 2 and for that reason you might see an error message when you try to select them on the Fitbit app. Once the update is available, please install it as instructed here and then try to download the apps and clock faces.

See you around.
