Privacy & account settings confirmation screens won't go away

For the last week or so I keep getting a privacy and account settings confirmation screen every time I open the app, and have to scroll though and click agree before proceeding. Any way to get rid of this?

Hi all at Fitbit community.

As illustrated by the previous poster this is not a once off problem.

I recently received a Charge 5 Fitbit as a birthday present from my family. As one needs to do, I downloaded the Fitbit app from the Google Play Store. Comfortable and relatively easy to use but the app has one annoying feature, as can be found in the Fitbit community pages. Every time I open the app I'm first presented with a privacy reminder which must be confirmed every time. (I've granted Fitbit all the available permissions in applications settings) Upon confirmation I'm taken to the settings page of the app & when I select the back button I'm taken to a settings confirmation page which also has to be confirmed. Then and only then am I taken to my dashboard. This is a long and laborious was of getting to where I wanted to get to originally. As I alluded to previously there are many users of the app that are quite irritated by this.
Can you please issue a fix for this in a future app update.
