Hello,
I have issues while connecting both apps on Versa 2. Spotify after unsuccesful connecting attempt says "Make sure your bluetooth is on and sync with Fitbit app", Uber in other words says the same thing.
I've factory reset the Versa, reinstalled both apps, checked permissions (they're all on), restarted my device, restarted Fitbit app, logged out and in again, made sure of stable internet connection, I have bluetooth enabled and paired both to Versa 2 and Versa 2 (classic), repaired both; I have Spotify premium account.
I really do think I exhaused all options.
My Versa 2 is 35.68.9.12, Spotify 1.1.16, Uber 1.0.10. Weather app works just fine. My Fitbit is in English, as is my device. I'm located in Poland.

Actually I got it working, no idea how. Probably some combination of restarting and re-pairing both.
Ultimately I think I restarted my phone once again and it clicked. Please try it!

Same here. I restarted my phone and it seemed to resolve it.
