Hello! My Fitbit (Alta HR) had recently developed an issue where all the data displayed on the app dashboard is correct, but when I scroll to any other day, it still displays today's sleep info (if I click on the sleep tile to display all the sleep data together, the data is correct). I tried clearing cache, clearing data, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Any and all help is appreciated

My charge 2 will not record my sleep, nor hookup with my Bluetooth.

Let me help you both figure out what is going on. Thanks for sharing the steps that you have tried to get it to work.
@JamieAy In your case, could you share some screenshots of what you are getting? I'd like to taker a closer look so that I can find the best way to move forward.
@Primstad From what you mentioned it seems to be that your Charge 2 is not syncing to your phone and that's why you are not getting sleep. Please try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should help your Fitbit sync and thus get all of the information to the app. Please also let me know what phone is it that you are using to sync your Fitbit.

My Alta is not showing any sleep data for yesterday, but everything else synced. The app was updated a day ir two ago.

I apologize for the delay in my response.
@Bkueskyes In your case I'd like to ask if the situation has continued since then.
@JamieAy In this case it is not that you are getting the same sleep for all of the days. When you scroll through days only the main tile, the one on top, will change with those days. All of the other tiles will continue to only show information logged today. You can tap on the particular tile you'd like to get more information on other days.

I am no longer having an issue after closing and rebooting the app.
