I completed 12.5 k steps, after syncing it has gone to 6875. Even with floors climbed are off the mark on a regular basis.

Welcome to the Forums @Madz7.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That should definitely help in getting all data to be reloaded from the servers and thus display accurately.

Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions.

Hello @Madz7.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing those pictures.

From the pictures you posted it seems to be like it is happening on the app and the Fitbit itself. My questions would be if it has continued like that or if it has stopped?

Look forward to your reply.

Hello Lanuza,

Thanks for your reply. For a whole week, unfortunately the same pattern followed. After that, for a day it was fine and then the total number of minutes and/or floors would change on their own. I am not sure why it happened but it does clear away all my hard work of the day!

Hello @Madz7.

I apologize for the delay in my response again. Thanks for letting me know that it continued to happen.

In this case let's try to set up your Fitbit as if it was a replacement device as a way to restart the connection. It is possible that the restarted connection will help it sync correctly and prevent the information from changing like that.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello Lanuza,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, setting it as a replacement device didn't help solve the problem either. Its rather frustrating now, it just deletes the days' program in one sync. Yesterday, the data changed without syncing. From a 18k+ steps and at least 150.min it came down to 13k and 59 respt.
