Tried every trick i have read on here still wony connect with galaxy5 from what ive heard on here sounds like an ongoing problem

Not sure how to help, since in not sure what has been tried, not even sure of what tracker you have?
Restarted tracker, ofif it is a Blaze dos you turn it off,/on through the settings menu, shut phone down, not just a restart, deleted Fitbit app, added the tracker aas a replacement device.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @chensley! Besides the great tips that @Rich_Laue had shared with you, I'd like that you share the OS version that your Samsung Galaxy 5 is running. What tracker are you having problems with? Have you checked this article out?
