Profile Picture and header won't change

Hello!

I want to have a nice profile on the FitBit community, but I can't seem to add a profile picture or header.

The file is less than 3 MB, but neither my phone (Samsung, android) nor my PC (Windows) uploads anything. I also didn't get any error messages when trying. It just doesn't do anything.

I have also tried all the different things that I have read about in other posts. But as you see, there is still nothing.

Can anyone help? Thank you in advance!

Hello @FromJolien 

This method seems to work for many and I've used it myself.

• Tap on the You tab at the bottom of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on the Family tile under Community
• Tap on your profile tile
• This will open to your profile page. You should be able to upload your profile and header pictures from here.
• Tap on the arrows in the upper left to return to the Today page.
• Your profile picture should show now in both your Fitbit app and in the forum

Actually, it was one of our users that discovered this route to add/update profile pics and profile in general. So far, it's worked well.
