Hi there,
Got my alta a few days ago and noticed it doesn't count even half of my steps! Say, today for example, my phone shows more than 15.000 and alta less than 6.000. A huge difference. I walk a lot with my baby in pushchair. I can't swing hands because I have to hold on to pushchair. I'm really upset about this. Any way to solve this issue?

@Mariia Your Alta counts your steps when you are pushing a stroller or a shopping cart, but because your hands are not moving, and our trackers use movement to count activity, your step count may be lower than usual during this activity if you're wearing your Alta on your wrist. I recommend putting it in your pocket and giving that a try during this specific activity. Let me know how that turns out.
