Is anyone able to send quick replies on their fit bit charge 3? If so do you have a Galaxy note 9 phone.

I just set up my charge3 with my Samsung s7 (which has the Andriod 8.0 OS) and I can't even find the option for quick replies. I can only read them. If this is the case I will return the watch. I bought it for this function

I understood that quick replies were a feature not to be available until later in the year.

I read an article saying that the software update had rolled out this feature, but I don't see how to do this, so now I'm really confused.

 

Also saw in the forums that some people can. I do have Android. It's just that when I tap on the message in fitbit, nothing happens.

 

It did update the firmware when I first set it up and opened it.
