Hi. I have just discovered this too. Until yesterday I was able to click on the vertical lines on the sleep graph (mobile Android app) and see actual times awake, restless etc
Your suggestion to press and hold doesn't work for me. I'm wondering if the recent updates to the app have affected this functionality, which I used daily.
Any solutions gratefully received as I don't really want to have to fire up my laptop every time I want more detailed info.
Many thanks
Alex

Updated on my LG G3 and wife's Galaxy S6 and now both cannot see time awake/restless on graph anymore either. I hope this is just a bug that will be addressed in an update. We use the feature all the time to see the exact time we are restless and awake at night.

I am having the same issue and frankly is the reason I am use the fitbit. There are so many apps and devices that does everything but the sleep. Please bring back the ability to check times of sleep, awake and restless.

@Shift posting a software problem in the hardware section, without telling us what software, ie: phone, your using is off no help to anyone.
Since I have this problem on Android, I'll assume your on Android, so I've moved your post to the Android forum.
This way the missing information will be known.

Erick,
Regarding your reply to MariusR..I hope you are not implying that the "bug" in the sleep graph is a modification. The ability to monitor minutes awake or restless is an important feature. I have just been diagnosed with sleep apnea and will be getting my CPAP next week. Miserable sleep makes me cranky! So please excuse my shouting...PLEASE, FIX THIS!

Stopped working after last update.
Not helpful for monitoring!

@ErickFitbit wrote:Hi everyone -- Thank you for taking the time to report this. I have escalated this to our Product Specialist team for further investigation. I will keep you all updated when I hear an update.
In the meantime, I recommend checking your awake/restless details in the Fitbit.com online Dashboard. More info to come!
Nice idea, but since I am viewing this on an Android tablet which, like many of them, does not support Flash, you can't see the awake/restless details in the online dashboard, and never have been able to.
I'm glad to hear you reported this, and really hope they do something about it. The sleep functionality was already pretty poor, considering that you have to go to the dashboard in a browser to see your sleep efficiency - which people have been reporting for YEARS - and that if you edit the times you slept slightly, e.g. to knock off half an hour if it thinks you went to bed earlier than you did, it's likely to change the entire asleep/awake/restless pattern. I shouldn't have to pay for another app and manually copy my data into it every morning in order to see a useful graph.

I don't get pop ups telling me the specific times of the various lines on my sleep pattern anymore on my app....I can see an approximate time in the website..this is a deal breaker for me since without solving sleep issues nothing else matters.

The IS after the update. Very annoying. One of the reasons I love the Fitbit Flex is because of this feature! If you have sleep problems, being able to tell when & how long restless/awake was very informative. Now, nothing. Please bring feature back!

Can't agree more. Would love this feature returned to the app. Also, from the sleep Pattern we used to be able to flick to other days. Now we can't. Please fix.

Hi
I can no longer click on the lines on my sleep pattern to see when I was awake/restless. Iv tried unistalling and reinstalling and have logged in and out but still can't see times I was awake or restless. Iv always been able to do this but can't seem to now.

I discovered this issue earlier this week. It is very frustrating, since I use this as a gage to see what is happening at night. My husband and I compare the stats to see if ee have the same times... Or we used to.
Please fix this feature soon!

@Jdixon0722, @Dnic44, did you read the earlier posts in this thread about an update scheduled for the 27th to fix this?

My fitbit app will not let me view the exact time during the night that I was awake or restless. You use to be able to select the colored bar to view the times. Now the graph shows the bars but you cannot select them to view the times.
