Race won't end even after I won

I won a race, and it has been over for like a month. One person has not completed. Hasn't started really. Just want the race to disappear from my open challenges, and still get my trophy.

Hi there @SeanMina, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not a normal behavior. Usually the race closes after 24 hrs the first participant crosses the finish line. So at this moment the races should have been completed in your scenario.

 

This is was reported as a glitch in some users affecting this portion of the app. We are working to roll a fix in the future that correct this issue.

 

I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience. Stay tuned for more updates.
