Tracker Not found issue

Anyone else having problems with the"tracker not found" man if it's not one thing it's another! Only 112 steps with all the shopping and cleaning I did today, wow I must have a big stride! I'm tired of it now, I'm going to bed. Watch that probably won't record either with my luck!

Hello @Kandee, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering how it goes after you posted here?

 

If your App is telling your tracker was not found, you are experiencing syncing issues. Give it a try to the following recommendations for more help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this)

 

Syncing issues may explain why you are experiencing other difficulties. So let me know if your steps were recorded by your tracker, but not synced or the amount of steps missing were not recorded by your tracker at all.

 

Keep in mind if you are pushing a cart or holding your hand still that prevent a natural motion pattern in your arm as it happen with a regular walk, the accuracy might be affected causing to record an inaccurate amount of steps.

Well I pressed and reset on the charger a couple of times and it is working for now! But I'm not getting my hopes up[:-\]
