Thanks Erick, maybe i should open a new account.

 

But now i have another problem - i try to connect my new fitbit Charge HR as i told on the app, but as i press the button for three seconds (as they say in the app) the timer begins to run and my phone\app dosen't recognize my tracker.

 

its pretty annoying ... hope for quick solution.

Hey @SHAINAGA, how are you doin' today? Let me suggest you a couple of things. First of all, please perform a restart of your tracker by following the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post. Then try to set it up your tracker as a new device on your Android device. If that doesn't work, please turn it off the Bluetooth on your phone, then reboot the phone and then turn it on the Bluetooth again.
