Re: Calories in vs out. Over budget

One more question. It was asked early in this thread by Girlchef but as far as I can see it was never answered.
She said 'App seems to be different then website.'
On my app it shows I have been over budget on all days bar one since I started logging food (ie RED) even though the calories in column is actually slightly lower than the calories out column and the calorie total show I DID eat less than I burned (except for one gluttonous day). The website however show whT I think is the true story - I am only in the red on the one day I would expect to be and in amber (under) on all other days. How can I sync the app to the more accurate website?? Or should I get rid of the app and just use the website? Why dont they agree? These are PAST days so it is not that the i fo is going to change.
Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @NellyG. I would recommend making sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app. The same information should show in both places. If this is not your case, please be so kind to provide me with a screen shot of the discrepancy between the Fitbit app and the online Dashboard. This will help to investigate the issue.

I moved your post to the Android app board because it's more related to the topic. Catch you later. Smiley Very Happy

Hi Edsonfitbit. Thanks for your reply. I only put the app on my tablet and phone around two weeks ago so assume they are both the latest version. I have taken screenshots of the app on my tablet, the app on my phone and of the website, which I will attach. The first is from my phone, the second from the tablet, and the third from the website. As you can see all three are different and this is confusing me!
Thanks for your help

I uninstalled the app on my tablet and reinstalled and it it now saying the same things as my phone and the dashboard on the website. So it seems to be working, at least for the time being! Thanks for your help, EdsonFitbit
