This is not specific to Alta. I have been using my Ionic successfully for 7 months and since the recent fireware upgrade I can't connect my Bluetooth - my device now not even useful as a watch. I am sad to say, as a loyal Fitbit brand supporter, I am shocked with NO response from them. This is not phone device or Android version specific.

My Ionic worked perfectly with my phone until last week. I try ALL the steps and nothing works. My WATCHis useless, as the time is all wrong. In the end I must remove the decice from my app, and unpair the Ionic from phone's Bluetooth... Then starts about an hour long process for my phone (or the app) to just FIND IT... And I can pair and maybe sync... I had to do this the last 4 or 5 days. Totally unacceptable.
