@RobertoME Hi to you to and good evening...
I'm reporting this in this post and I may even do that in the Ionic thread..
Many are blaming the Ionic for their syncing issues and I believe it's not that.. I have been following this issue now for months and I have documented what happens to me..
The Ionic "gets'; the data to the server immediately, it's the return journey to the phone that's the problem..In the images below you can see the time stamps etc.. that the data was there 5 minutes ago.. and in the second image left hand side we have success.. In my case I have rarely restarted the Ionic and I always turn the phone on in the morning.. So a clean restart.
The 2nd image is when I create my sleeping manual activity it's always on the server in the activity log before I can even open the App on the phone.. It then takes a couple of minutes to refresh the results on the phone with the calculations.

@RobertoMEFor the last couple of years I have been trying to get some direction on the sequencing for the Fitbits.. See previous posts. We know if we turn our Mobile data off and Wi-Fi on the phone, nothing will attempt to sync until either of those are turned on..
What is my best approach because I have found that the root cause of my issues.. Including one evening where the Fitbit Cloud server wasn't available.
When I create activities on the phone or PC they seem to replicate immediately..
I have excellent Internet connections with internal Wi-Fi of 5ghz going to Fiber
Internet from Notebook with Wi-Fi connection : 93mbs download and 36mbs upload.
Internet from Android " " " " 92mbs download and 37mbs upload
My 4G+ via data 82mbs download and 22mbs upload
Maybe I'm a dog with a bone with this but I'm looking for solutions to this syncing dilemma...

@RobertoME Still getting lag results on App 2.73.. and as I have posted elsewhere I only turn off the Ionic when my multi Fitbit One has the extra steps from shopping trolleys. Then turn the Ionic again when I have synced the One.. I know Fitbit don't recommend wearing multiple Fitbits in concurrent mode, but it works for me..using this method..
Also switch my phone off at night and then on in the morning..
I never use any of the recommendations for any of my trackers if there are syncing issue.. Just what I have mentioned above and wait... as in my earlier post...
So again... is syncing to a phone the real issue....
