How do you know exactly what the sleep portion of your readiness score is based on? True, it does show time you went to bed and got up, but it also shows 'Time Asleep'. It cold be showing your time in bed just as a guide to help you be more consistent to get more time actually asleep.

Hi JohnnyRow!
The "sleep" time shown in the readiness info is the "time asleep" + "time
awake" from my sleep tile.
Thank you!!

I agree with @JohnnyRow Regardless what it is written we don't know the algorithm used by Fitbit to calculate the score. So the assumption might be correct or not, we don't know

Which is the problem ! In iOS the Sleep part of the Daily Readiness score show wrong information, clearly. This was reported to Fitbit.
Now we do not know whether it uses or not the wrong information display.
So basically it needs to be treated as a random number generator until it is clarified, and fixed if needed.
@SebWotan Pretty much like all scores generated by Fitbit (sleep score, stress score...). Fitbit never shared the algorithm used. Even worse the HRV thta we have no idea how it is calucated and that is an important element of the Readyness score
